Based in Rochester, New Hampshire, Bernard Concrete is a small-crew operation focused on commercial and agricultural slabs. The owner also runs an in-house machine shop, fabricating forms for the work the crew does in the field. Building manufacturers have used us since 1984 Morton Buildings has contracted Bernard Concrete for their work in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts since 1984. Morton Buildings, Trachte Building Systems and Peak Buildings continue to recommend us to their customers. When a building manufacturer sends a customer to a concrete contractor, it is because the slab has to match their drawings and their schedule without being managed. Hardstand at Pease for Bechtel In the late 1990s Bechtel contracted Bernard Concrete to replace hardstand sections at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease. The work was 20 inches thick, in the refueling and storage areas, built to carry heavy jets. Air Force One has driven on it. Bernard Concrete trucks and equipment.
