Used on every job, with grading accuracy within plus or minus ¼ inch. Fine grading keeps concrete thickness to specification, helping avoid extra concrete and reduce fine cracking.
Angle iron ledger forms are fabricated in-house. The 1½-inch drop is designed to help keep water off the storage floor. Edges are hand finished rather than skim coated.
Saw-cut joints help manage where shrinkage cracking occurs. Joint layout is coordinated with the slab and building requirements.
